Data reported by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the contact addresses of the Owner, private messages sent by users to institutional profiles/pages on social media (where this possibility is provided), as well as the completion and submission of forms on the Owner's websites, entail the acquisition of the sender's contact data, necessary to respond, as well as all personal data included in the communications.
Specific disclosures will be posted on the pages of the Owner's sites set up for the provision of certain services.
Technical features of navigation
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, in the course of their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This category of data includes, but is not limited to, IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, addresses in URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user's operating system and computer environment.
These data, which are necessary for the use of web services, are also processed for the purpose of:
-
Obtain statistical information on the use of services (most visited pages, number of visitors by time slot or daily, geographical areas of origin, etc.);
-
Monitor the proper functioning of the services offered.
Browsing data do not persist longer than strictly necessary and are deleted immediately after their aggregation (subject to any need for the investigation of crimes by the Judicial Authority).

Cookies and other tracking systems
The following are used on this website cookies, aimed at ensuring the proper enjoyment of site content.
Technical and session (non-persistent) cookies are used on the site strictly limited to what is necessary for the safe and efficient navigation of the site. The storage of session cookies in the terminals or browsers is under the control of the user, where on the servers, at the end of HTTP sessions, information about the cookies remains recorded in the service logs, with retention times strictly necessary for proper operation.
Banner operation
The privacy management banner activated on this site does not allow any profiling cookies to activate before the user has given consent. If the user clicks the consent button, all profiling cookies will be activated. If, on the other hand, the user decides to click the customize button, he or she will customize his or her choices and decide which profiling cookies to activate. If he clicks the reject button or the X at the top right of the banner, no profiling cookies will be activated.
The user's choices will be stored for six months via a technical cookie that will be installed on the device used by the user to access the site. It is important to explain that if the user changes devices, so perhaps from a computer to a cell phone, the choices will not be found on the new device, for technical reasons, and therefore will have to be selected on the new device.
User choices can be changed at any time by accessing the control panel from the privacy control icon. The new configuration will last for six months.
Third-party profiling cookies are used on the site as further detailed below.
What cookies are installed on this site?
The following cookies are installed:
How many types of cookies are there?
There are two basic macrocategories with different characteristics:
technical cookies and profiling cookies.
Technical cookies are generally necessary for the proper functioning of the website and to allow navigation; without them, the browser may not be able to properly display pages or use certain services. For example, a technical cookie is essential to keep the user authenticated throughout a visit to a website, or to store language settings, display settings, and so on. Technical cookies can be further distinguished into navigation cookies, which ensure the normal navigation and use of the website (allowing, for example, to make a purchase or authenticate to access restricted areas); analytics cookies, assimilated to technical cookies only where used to collect information, in aggregate form, on the number of users and how they visit the site itself; functionality cookies, which allow the user to navigate according to a set of selected criteria (e.g. language, products selected for purchase) in order to improve the service rendered to the same.
Profiling cookies are aimed at creating profiles related to the user and are usually used in order to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the user when browsing the web.
Cookies can, again, be classified as:
Session cookies, which are deleted immediately upon closing the browsing browser (e.g., Internet Explorer, Safari, Google Chrome, etc.);
Persistent cookies, which - unlike session cookies - remain within the browser for a specified period of time. They are used, for example, to recognize the device connecting to the site by facilitating user authentication operations;
first-party cookies i.e., cookies generated and managed directly by the operator of the website on which the user is browsing; third-party cookies, which are generated and managed by parties other than the operator of the website on which the user is browsing (by virtue, as a rule, of a contract between the website owner and the third party).

OPTIONALITY OF PROVIDING DATA
As per the June 10, 2021 "Guidelines cookies and other tracking tools" provision, the user of the site is free to authorize or disallow profiling cookies according to his or her free choice and will. In some cases, such as Google's reCaptcha cookie, blocking such a profiling cookie prevents you from being able to submit your request via the data capture forms equipped with such a tool. If you encounter a problem with the module not working to block cookies, you can solve it by re-enabling cookies from the privacy settings. Alternatively, if you prefer to maintain cookie blocking, you can send your request by e-mail.
In addition to navigational data information, users can freely decide whether to provide their personal data via the request forms available on the sites or as indicated during contact with the organization to request newsletters, informational materials or other communications.
